Went for an all day breakfast. Food was delicious. The pot of tea gave me 3 cups, which was much appreciated. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere and great music today � Even bought a huge piece of delicious cake to take home for later. Will definitely be a regular visitor in future!

We were a party of 8 today for a late Sunday lunch (2.30pm). Staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Gluten free diet also catered for and appreciated. Quality and quantity of food was very good and the fruit crumble dessert was the best I've tasted in ages. Would recommend and will definitely be back.

Thank you to all the Staff at Churchill's for making my Birthday very special. A table of 9 for Sunday roast with a choice of lamb,beef,pork, chicken and gammon WOW! Copious amounts of fresh veg and the best roast spuds ever. Decorated table looked fab (even though the balloons read 50). Very welcoming, attentive staff and made us feel really welcome, could not have asked for more. Thanks once again, will be recommending you to many xx

Popped in when it was raining the other day with my friend and two little ones (and large pushchairs). Was made to feel so welcome and they couldn't do enough for us. Food was absolutely delicious and they were adamant that I shouldn't clear up the mess my enthusiastic 8month old made when eating lunch. My friend was comfortable breastfeeding discretely. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you xxx

One of the gems in Southsea, lovely place to get a coffee or a spot of lunch, visited there twice today as its somewhere you can trust. The food is always great, if you don't like something on the fried breakfast they will sub it for something like extra bacon, the lady who runs it is so lovely and always has a smile even made my mother cry by giving her a cake on the house!!. Trains her staff well as the young lady who served us today (Claudia) was just as good. Absolute 5 stars, only con I can think of is Sunday's might need to book ahead as everyone wants a fried breakfast! If your in Southsea pop in!

Lovely lunch at Churchills today, and very friendly service too. Must have been the first ever Scummer that's sneaked into Darren's restaurant!! Well done mate

Love love love this place. Fab staff, fab food, nicely redecorated, nicely priced.

Been using this establishment since its opening & the thing that never fails is one of the most friendly atmospheres you will find Sometimes when it's busy there's a slight wait but it's certainly worth it



The Sunday dinners are some of the best in the area

Went in there with my daughter and her mum - we sit down at a table - 5 minutes later a waitress comes over and says - sorry if your sitting at this table we will need it in 1/2 hour so you won’t be able to order any food - so we get up and leave - that’s around £50 ibusiness lost from me and I so t be goin back again or recommending Churchill’s at all to anyone. There’s over twenty covers in that restaurant if you can’t manage the tables effectively then don’t bother running a restaurant
