We deliver from Entry level to Level 3 Awards and Certificates.  Courses include: Level 3 Award in First aid at work Level 3 Award in Emergency First at work Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Automated External Defibrillators Level 2 Award in Conflict Management Level 2 Award + Certificate in Customer Service Level 2 Award + Certificate in Retail Knowledge Level 2 National Award in Infection Control Level 2 Award in Substance Missus As well as local businesses throughout the South West and Wales, we provide courses for Government contracts in Prisons throughout the South West. We also provide an Internal Quality Assurance service for accredited training.
