I’m sharing some tips from a salon networking group to help you all pamper yourselves at home! Today’s pamper is for your poor, hardworking hands! Feel free to share x
🖐 DIY Soft Hands Treatment 🖐
... Are your hands feeling dry from all the extra washing and hand gels?
Try this DIY Soft Hands Treatment 👇
1. Soak your hands in a bowl of warm water for 2 minutes.
2. Pat dry your hands.
3. Lather hands with hand cream/ Body cream / Coconut oil.
4. Wrap your hands in cling film, one at a time.
5. Sit down with a towel or blanket covering your hands.
The clingfilm will trap the heat and the moisturizer will deeply penetrate your dry skin, leaving it super soft.
6. Sit for as long as you like - 15 -20 mins is good.
7. Take off the towel and clingfilm, massage in the rest of the moisturizer. TIP - Your cuticles will be lovely and soft now so push those back by massaging them too.

🪒 Brow and Waxing clients: Step away from the razor, tweezers and hair removal cream. Embrace your hairiness for now it’s not often we get the chance to let it grow! Imagine my satisfied little face when I get to wax it all off in a few weeks time!...
👀 Lash Clients: be strong, you can do this. Keep those lashes clean, don’t be tempted to pick at them. If you need to get them off contact me I will send you details of home removal kits but the best thing is to allow them to naturally shed. When they do, make the most of being allowed to use castor oil to boost their natural length and strength. When this is over I will apply a fabulous new set...unless you decide to move over to lash lifts because you find out your natural lashes are pretty awesome already!
🕺 tanning clients (the emoji is one of the poses you do, get it?) don’t despair, you won’t be pale and pasty forever! Actually the sun is shining so make the most of it..with SPF applies of course! I can still order Vani-t self tanning mousses and creams for anyone who can’t bear not having a tan, just let me know what you need!!
💅🏽 nail clients...don’t pick them off. When they start looking shabby, keep the length shortish. I can give you removal instructions if you need them, you just need a file, acetone and cotton pads/gauze

TTFN- Ta Ta For Now ❤️ I am going to play this week by week but for this next coming week my treatment room will be closed. Although last nights announcement did not specifically state home based therapists must cease trading, I do feel that the advice on social distancing and avoiding non essential contact has to be taken seriously. My sanitation procedures have been as best as I can make them, but we don’t truly know if that is enough or if by allowing people in and out of ...my treatment room, my home, I am contributing to the escalating Covid-19 problem. This isn’t easy, I will miss you all massively over the coming weeks. But, I’ll be back and I hope you will too. Please keep yourselves and your loved ones safe and healthy.
