What a great restaurant to pick start our weekend in London. Good party atmosphere with great food and service and a wicked piano player. Will be back. .....

User

We love this restaurant each time we visit great Ormond st hospital kids can’t wait to get here to eat lovely staff great food

This became our local restaurant when we rented an apartment in the and street for two weeks. Excellent and honest Italian food in hearty serves which satisfied us immensely. It was packed on a Monday night, and every time we walked by. We hope to return before we leave to try more of the wide ranging menu. And they do gluten free food well for coeliacs - and are aware of cross contamination issues. Lovely service too. Only negative was that it was seriously noisy.

User

Simply my favourite restaurant in London. Great quality, great value, great atmosphere, great service & authentic Italian. Thank you

User

Love it - I am always truly looked after. The food is always good as is the price. The atmosphere is brilliant and the staff are great. I would always recommend it.

If you love traditional Italian, then this is the place for you. Felice and the Ciao Bella team will greet you with the warmest Italian welcome, food will be superb (I've never had a bad meal yet) accompanied by a brilliant, varied wine list to suit all budgets and tastes. A great bustling atmosphere in a lovely location. You will not be disappointed!

I've lived in London for 10 years and this was the best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. After moving away I still go back there every time I'm in the area. My husband and I spent our first date in Ciao Bella, and then decided to host our wedding meal there. Lots of lovely memories

User

I have been coming to Ciao Bella since 2004 and the food has always been excellent! I absolutely loved their Veal and now the Spaghetti al Cartoccio 💛

User

Great day there today .. good food and good prices

User

Great as always , always produces a Fantastic meal to cheer us up in the bad times and even better in the good.!

Many Thanks Tim.

Fantastico!

User

Fantastic food and service. Couldn’t fault it.

User

Excellent freshly cooked food, from an extensive menu, traditional family run restaurant full of atmosphere, patronised by many regulars. Just a pity it is a train ride from where we live.

User

As usual 5***** for us the best Italian restaurant in London

User

A gem of a place. Would be an impressive place to take a date and go with friends family. Lovely warm friendly atmosphere and great full flavoured food.

User

Good food, but too noise and the service was not that good

User

I went with a friend and really enjoyed my dish. Unfortunately my friend found a piece of glass in her pasta! As she crunched down on it she then had to spit out a mouthful.

The manager tried to brush it off and said it was plastic from the pesto jar. So they don’t even make their own pesto. Needless to say all this put us off continuing with our meal and we just wanted to get out.

Wasn’t charged for friends dish but paid for rest even though experience was ruined

User

today you guys asked my friend and her two children (one of which was in his pushchair which carries his oxygen) to sit outside in the rain rather than be seated in the restaurant! what where you thinking!

The little boy was on a day out from Great Ormond Street Hospital where he’s currently ‘living’ - great customer service NOT

User

Went here on 'day leave' from nearby Great Ormond Street hospital with my husband, daughter and disabled toddler who is in a wheelchair/buggy with oxygen and SATs monitoring equipment. Was disgusted to be told that we would have to sit outside IN THE RAIN. Absolutely disgusting. You should be ashamed!

Went to nearby Italians on Southampton row so much more disabled friendly . This place does not deserve any customer's..
