All our works are carried out in accordance to the highest construction industry regulations set by SFG20 recommendations which is a programme developed by the Building Engineering Services Association (the main UK trade association) for companies that design, install, commission and maintain engineering systems. Cilantro Facilities Management are currently maintaining all mechanical and electrical system installations in over 7, 000 homes across the London region. All MEP services are covered within our PPM maintenance plan from LTHW + BCWS, heating & cooling & electrical systems covering all life safety systems namely fire alarm systems & interfaces, smoke control systems, Ventilation systems, access control, intruder & CCTV systems, lighting protection, photovoltaic & other energy renewable sustainability systems etc.
