So excited to announce my brand new class starting in January at the Festival Hall Talbot Road, Alderley Edge, every Wednesday 10. 30am Pilates - this class is suitable for everyone of all ages and abilities, no need to book in, you just turn up, and pay as you go.

I have been teaching Pilates for over 20 years and have gained lots of experience and many qualifications, they include, Pelvic Floor Diamond Pilates, Clinical Pilates with Modern Pilates, Drummond Education Pilates Diploma, and many more.

My classes are fun, friendly, and suitable for everyone. This venue has a wonderful social feel to it as well, you will receive free refreshments and can sit and chat and relax after the class too.
