Easy layout. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Consessions insanely expensive but thats cinemas nowadays.
Given 3 stars because the cineworld at the brewery has become worn out and outdated. They need to update card machines to contactless capabilities; Bring Ben and Jerry's Ice cream back and get a better scanning phone for QR code scanning. For the amount they charge for tickets, you would expect a better system, instead they have a very clunky system. Staff are polite, professional and knowledgeable on movies that are showing. Cineworld need to up the technology to the standard that their staff give on every visit.

Comfy seats and no complaints. Staff have always been around to clean after the screening and have been helpful when needed. Toilets kept clean and working.
They have improved the temperatures so you don't shiver in the Cheltenham screens, and it has lots of restaurants nearby.
Toilets are always of a good standard.
New and shiny. Comfy chairs. Absolutely no problem just a little soulless... I'm sure it will improve. People have complained about parking but I have not had a problem.
Wonderful cinema! The concession lines can get a little long when big movies are showing but they still move pretty quickly. Great customer service! Get a Cineworld unlimited card! It's the best! Unlimited movies and 10% (I think) off your concessions for less than £20 per month! I freaking love movies so this is totally worth it to me!
Standard multiplex. Fine for block busters. Have to go elsewhere for anything interesting / innovative/independent .
Nothing wrong with the film screening BUT getting tickets, despite being booked on-line, is bl**dy frustrating! The ticket machines in the foyer don't work referring you to the tills upstairs. You then have to queue for 10 minutes plus because not enough tills are open. So much for modern technology making the simpler & quicker. Sort it out Cineworld.
Only cinema in Cheltenham pretty much and they know it, they charge a lot for tickets compared to other cineworlds I've been to (£7 for a student in Chelt compared to £4 in Cardiff) but the staff are lovely and the screens are clean so it okay!
The Cineworld in Cheltenham is always clean and tidy. The only gripe I have is that because it's slightly older than the Gloucester one the leg room isn't as good. It's still comfortable of course, but in Gloucester there is so much room you don't need to move for people walking in front of you.
Solid cinema, friendly staff also willing to help. Always clean and has many features such as Imax and 3D screens. Queuing for tickets and food are the things to improve on.
Great screens in 3D normal and others. Comfy seating & each room is a good size, not too big! Enjoy my visits there thoroughly. ☺
