We launched our Member to Member Mentoring programme on Tuesday night. Sarah Dena, Mentoring Engagement Lead for the branch introduced the programme which inspired many of our members to register their interest to get involved. Sara Cope and Emily Cosgrove from The Conversation Space joined us for a thought provoking look at the power of conversation and how to engage in meaningful and effective mentoring relationships.
