Took my mother there for a birthday lunch, good choice of gluten free food and very friendly staff, will go again when I am in the area

Lovely place, we had the Tapas and some cheeky onion rings on the side. The food was delicious, the staff very friendly, good prices and dog friendly, too! Will definitely be going again. Also hit the Delfino lounge in Poole, part of the sane gang. Highly recommended, plus open while midnight!

Live in Bournemouth for years now so I cannot understand why we have not been in here before. Really lovely, mixed bunch of customers, very lovely staff and great food, it was Sunday lunch, they were busy but the food took no time at all. We will be back.

Just round the corner for us, love it there- the food , staff, atmosphere are all excellent. Really friendly - we visit with our family, grandchildren, friends and most recently our Husky dog who had his own water bowl & was very well behaved!!! Our fav go to place. Many thanks x

I often visit Circo Lounge for a coffee �. I can thoroughly recommend the latte, they always make it super hot, just as I like it and the coffee tastes great �

I am gluten free and I love the choice of food I can have .so much so I just had my 30th wedding anniversary meal there .was fantastic

Good atmosphere and good food.

Four of us arrived a little early for our dinner with friends.

Just as well as this was a Thursday evening and they were busier than we had been led to believe.

As we were meeting two other friends we were lucky to find a table big enough for eight. This gave the six of us a little extra elbow room.

We four ordered drinks to sip whilst we waited.

An Estrela for me (£4.50), a Stowford Press (£3.90), a large glass of Zinfandel (£6.90) and a sparkling water (£1.90). Our friends soon arrived and ordered another Estella and a large Malbec (£6.70).

We chatted and read the menu.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was buzzing and we loved the decor.

For my wife and I this was the third "lounge" we had tried. First was in Newquay and the second in Torquay.

Food ordered was two medium rare steak and frits at (£14.95) each, one steak frits with sweet potato fries at an extra (£1.25). And two smoked salmon fish cakes at (£8.95) each

Deserts were 3 Liqeur coffees at (£4.75) each and one lemon Posset at (£5.95).

All the was excellent. The steaks especially tender and succulent.

But best of all was the skill and friendliness of the staff.

Thanks go to them for making a great evening even better.

Total price for the bill £138.80. So with a tip just £25 each. We have paid more for a curry meal and not enjoyed it so much.

Fantastic place to eat, meet and socialise. Fab menu, funky decor and excellent customer service...even on a packed-out Bank Holiday Monday.

Don’t normally leave reviews but felt I should this time! Met with a friend during the week and we weren’t quick enough to prevent my 8 month old tipping over an entire large coffee (bad parent alert!) - the lady ( I didn’t get her name sadly) was brilliant and helped immediately to clear up the spilt drink! She came back two mins later with a replacement coffee too! Great service - thank you!! Xx

Walking distance from home. Casual, lively, friendly atmosphere. Did not realise there was no table service and sat for a few minutes waiting for someone to take order. After we realised protocol ordering food and drinks was simple. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Food was good...not great. But prices were very reasonable so on balance I was happy. Would I return....for a casual meal with kids or friends - yes. For something a bit more formal - no.

Usual high standards of the Lounge brand, unfortunately my visit was at the busiest time of the day with parents letting kids run around screaming...seems the same in all the lounges, dunno why?!... Food was as expected and good but for the noise and staff who felt the need to ask 3 times if the food was ok while we were trying to eat #annoying you loose a star

So, I don't want to write a negative review. First of all, your food is delicious, with a great menu and lots of variety. And your staff are all extremely nice and helpful.



The thing is, your ordering system is so illogical it really detracts from my enjoyment when I visit. I'll explain:



Brunch is such a big part of what you do that it has a dedicated part on your menu. Now, brunch comes with coffee. And for a lot of people more than one cup. I don't want to have to get up and queue for ages for one cup of coffee when you've got one till with one person operating it. Today for my second cup I got stuck for ten minutes behind people ordering all their food when I just wanted a coffee. Why on earth can you not just open a tab the first time when you're at the bar and then add a few things using table service? You're literally the only brunch style place I know of where this is the case and it seriously detracts from the experience. Which is a shame because everything else is so good. But every time I want another cup of coffee or something I'm going to end up queuing for ages and the flow of conversation gets interrupted and it's just generally really frustrating.



I'm a touring musician so I spend a lot of time in places just like yours and yours is a genuinely good one. But you're really missing out on upselling people with extras because just ordering it is such a mission.

Ok. Nice food, nice atmosphere. The 'BIG' downfall ? There is only one toilet on the ground floor. 'Disabled'. This is also a 'baby changing' room too, which can add to a lot of waiting and queuing, for elderly disabled folk. The stairs, are very steep, and many old folk, would struggle or even have a potential accident, trying to use them. Be a good idea, to have all toilets on the ground floor, in a large establishment like this one.

I do love this place the staff are always so friendly and helpful. And it has a good ambience but the food is never that great. We had a chicken panini and there was very little chicken in it. Sometimes I have a burger and it is always over cooked and the chips are greasy and again over cooked. But will still go back as it has a good atmosphere. Would be great if the food could be a little better.
