- Our Aim: To take every individual who invests their time with us & take them on a journey to being a Healthier, More Powerful, Resilient, Capable & Confident version of themselves.

We emphasise the word "Journey". Please understand that, often, your goals are not simple quick fixes and results do not happen overnight.
Remember HEALTH is the overall focus & reason you are investing your time with me. Start from Grassroots. Once the roots are in place you can grow from there.
Your goal is still achievable, it just might take longer than you think. Don't be disheartened. Settle in and enjoy the journey to a better, healthier and stronger you!

SUBTLE VARIATION...the key to success.
If you've been doing the same routine for years now and haven't really saw much progress...it's time for a change.
Obviously what your doing isn't working or isn't providing enough of a challenge, enough stimulus to cause you to grow and adapt.
... If this is you, then it's time to CHANGE YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE.
Now this doesn't mean you have to bust out all the latest fads and toys...in fact quote the opposite.
See, as well all know, they key to being good at something and seeing Improvements is CONSISTENCY
Consistency is absolutely King when it comes to whether you Progress, Regress or stagnate.
BUT, remember, doing the same thing day after day and expecting a different result is CRAZY.
You need to ANALYSE Fond out what works, what doesn't and why.
Now let me let you in on a secret...
EVERYTHING WORKS...to some degree.
When progress slows down, it can usually mean that your BODY & nervous system are simple getting used to these movements, they are getting very efficient at performing the task at hand.
So what do you do when this happens?
We'll...you don't scrap your plan and wrote a new one. That isn't the answer, remember we need to be CONSISTENT.
So instead, just do this:
Progress slowing Down on Barbell Flat Bench?
Swap to incline!!!
Struggling to keep adding weight for 5 reps?
Keep the weight the same and add reps!!!
Subtle variations allow you to train consistently with JUST enough variety to continually squeeze out progress.
