Circus is a boutique management consultancy. We are singular in our practice – specialist in Purpose, Proposition, Brand Strategy, Brand Engagement, Facilitation, Customer Strategy and Category Strategy. We are plural in our performance – inspired by the power of imagination and the spirit of collaboration. We help organisations clarify why they exist and for whom, and how to make this tangible across every encounter. In this way, we use Purpose as a business driver – inspiring and informing strategic ambition for customer, and colleague alike. We believe business can and should be a force for good. This must start with a clearly articulated and codified Purpose. We know that great brands succeed through engagement – the totality of the experiences they create for people and planet. They perform with energy and integrity, encouraging participation through consistency of behaviour and experience. Everything they do feels purposeful and true. This sounds so eminently sensible – and yet is so difficult to achieve. It requires a fusion of skills – analytical and commercial, empathetic and imaginative. Skills which don't always sit together. This is why we invented Circus some time ago, and why we enjoy working collaboratively with our clients and their professional partners.
