Circus Central is the hub for circus arts in the North East. We believe that circus is for everyone! Our mission is to: - Connect and strengthen individuals of all ages and abilities- Develop physical, social and professional skills- Build confident and resilient communities. We provide engaging, affordable, transformative arts experiences in a low arts engagement area and offer high quality progression pathways to support all stages of professional development. We deliver a vibrant programme both online and in real life. Activities include: Community engagement: - Community classes for all ages and abilities- Satellite community /partnership projects- Community workshops- Performances / cabarets- Schools projectsFive Ring Youth Circus: Five Ring is our dedicated youth circus: a safe space for local young people of all backgrounds to come together to develop, create and tell their stories through circus and performing arts. Five Ring provides unique experiences for young people to perform locally, nationally and internationally and learn from world class professional artists.
