CIS Direct is an all inclusive property maintenance and management company. We were established in 1995 and have grown rapidly ever since. We pride ourselves on the excellence of our work, our reliability and promptness of service and, needless to say, our competitive pricing policy. Included in our portfolio of clients are a number of leading London Estate Agents, as well as a number of private clients based abroad and outside of London. The company permanently employs twelve skilled trades people (with additional support as required) equipped with mobile telephones and satellite navigation to ensure prompt response to client requirements. Fully staffed office back-up service operating 8AM to 5PM Monday to Friday, with 24 hour emergency service provided by arrangement. Whilst primarily a property maintenance company, we do also offer a free and secure key holding service for clients based outside of London, allowing us to react quickly and efficiently to any problems that may arise with their properties
