CIS External Building Cleaning are based in Avonmouth, Bristol. As the name would suggest we've been working across the South West of England and South of Wales since 1976 offering commercial external building cleaning solutions to sectors including offices, schools, hotels and shopping centres through to specialist cleaning at hospitals and M. O. D sites and even the odd airport too. Our residential team of softwashing technicians offer support and cleaning solutions to residential clients, block management companies, nursing homes, FM companies, schools and many varying clients. We operate with our own cherry pickers and current run 2 truck mounted booms - Multitel MX 250 and an MZ250 - these allow to service and maintain different properties from roof cleaning to gutters, inspections and safe access on sites. They not only allow safe and efficient cleaning solutions but also mean our clients receive a discount in their pricing because we are not hiring equipment in.
