This Apart'hotel offers you 192 apartments in over 6 floors. It offers 152 studios for 1 or 2 guests and 40 one-bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 guests. All apartments are fully air-conditioned.
In the Studios, you have a choice of twin or double beds, finished with a contemporary design. In our One-Bedroom apartments, there is a double sofabed in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedroom.
Some studios and apartments are equipped for guests with reduced mobility. Please contact the property directly for further information, to ensure the facilities are suitable to your needs.
A fitness centre is available to use within the residence.

the place is right in front of "WaitRose" (forgot how to spell it) but it was a convenient store where i could by bread and butter and salads and dressing oils and umbrella for the drizzle at the time (great) and so forth without going to far away from the hotel... (although this one is good, but you might not believe it though, that I found the Citadine Jakarta to be even better than this one, at least to me that is, and beside petit dejeune that one in Jakarta has a restaurant called "Ratatouille" and then the reception replied to my comment for my liking the movie of the same title or name, he said: "however ma'am, there is a problem with our Ratatouille here, you see, our cheff is not a rat...") ☺

Stayed here for the first time last night and found it a very pleasant experience. Nice, clean large room and bathroom, with small kitchen to cook your own food if you want to. Could of done with a few more tea bags, coffee and milk sachets, but just a minor quibble. DVD player and DVD’s available to borrow and friendly reception staff made my whole experience very pleasurable! Great location as well, about 100 yards from Holborn tube. Highly recommended, I will definitely return!

Basically it was fine but they cannot fixed the wifi for the whole week!
Basic...anything less than 3 nights, you make your own bed and ask for fresh towels. Look around; there are other branded hotels for a little more but with a few more unreasonable frills...
We had high expectations for this hotel until that was, we set foot in the room. The hotel pride itself and even mention in their online fb advertisement, that they have bigger rooms.
Our room was the size of a postage stamp. This was the coldest night the UK had seen and a cold draft was coming in from one of the windows because it wasn’t shut and nothing we did could shut it. The floor was dirty with sticky drips and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned as there were black hairs everywhere.
Reception moved us to another room of the same standard which in fairness was bigger but still just as dirty with the presence of yet more hairs in the tub and sink. We were too tired to move again. In the late afternoon, we were resting before heading out and there were the most almighty bangs and crashes from outside our room. Housekeeping’s storage room was located directly next door to ours and the noise was dreadful. This recommenced at 7am the following morning when housekeeping obviously came back in to work. The noise was ridiculous and no care was taken given the early hour. We were wide awake and tired.
We feel really let down by our experience at Holborn as it was a wedding anniversary break in the city for us. We chose your hotel over a room in the Hilton which was the same price. We’ll be sure not to make that mistake again. Whenever we approached reception, there was a guest making a complaint. One guest could be heard telling reception staff that there was an unpleasant smell in her room and she was told to merely open the windows! Not great customer service Citadines!! Plenty of room for improvement!!
