Choice of Apart'hotel
The Apart'hotel offers 187 air-conditioned apartments in over 9 floors, including 126 Studios for 1 or 2 guests, 49 One-Bedroom apartments that sleep up to 4 guests and 12 Two-Bedroom Duplex apartments for up to 6 guests. In the Studios, choose between a double or twin bed. In the One-Bedroom apartments, there are twin pullout sofa beds in the lounge area and a double bed in the bedroom. In the Two-Bedroom apartments, there are double sofa beds in the lounge area, and double beds in the bedrooms.

Ideal Location
Many of the major attraction sites of London are literally right at your doorstep, including the Houses of Parliament & Big Ben, Buckingham Palace and Westminster Abbey. Being very close to the River Thames, the apart’hotel offers easy access to the Southbank Centre and its wide selection of theatres, bars and restaurants as well as the London Eye observation wheel.
Culture lovers will enjoy visiting the National Gallery which houses one of the greatest European art collections in the world. Citadines Prestige Trafalgar Square London is near Charing Cross and Embankment Underground stations, providing easy access to all parts of the capital. Vivre dans le quartier
L'Apart'hotel est situé à proximité de la Tamise. Sur Trafalgar Square, s'ouvre la National Gallery (impressionnantes collections de peinture). Tout autour, les rues regorgent de boutiques et Covent Garden n'est pas loin. Vous irez flâner dans Saint James' Park avant de retrouver Buckingham Palace. Sans transition, vous plongerez dans l’ambiance survoltée de Piccadilly Circus, à l’orée de Soho. Pour les spectacles, rendez-vous au centre artistique de South Bank (National Theater, Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall).

We have just left the Citadines at Trafalgar square and thought it was fantastic! The staff were kind and friendly and very welcoming on arrival. The location was ideal with so much on your doorstep. We will definitely be back
Very close to Attractions like the London Eye and so on. Check in was super easy. The room was nice yet simple and welcoming. Check out was just as easy. There's no regular house cleaning as you are advised upon check in but, they could at least take your garbage out.
I was given a complimentary mobile which in all my years of traveling, I've never received.
I gave 5 stars because my issues were minor.
Still here till 6.10.. Great location. Nice room. Clean, studio room. Everything we need for 2 & staff seem happy to get extra towels etc if needed. Coffee machine in foyer & we have found Marks & Spencer round to corner for food & drinks to bring home.. walking distance to everything, theatres & restaurants etc
Perfect location to see the palace and Trafalgar Square. Close to plenty of cool bars and attractions. In room washing machine was a god send
Great hotel with super location by Trafalger Square. They are pet friendly so we had our dog in the room too. Lots of nice restaurants nearby. They have a parking garage which we needed for our rental car. The parking fee is £30 a night which I think is very steep. Pet fee is £10 a night which is reasonable.
Fantastic stay in this lovely quiet apartment hotel, close to many attractions with comfortable beds and good facilities. Friendly staff too. Would highly recommend a stay here.

We only stayed 1 night but the apartment was spacious and would have been easy to use as a base for a few days, but maybe not a week. It was quite noisy, but would recommend despite this
Great location for a stay in central London. Close to the museums and theatres. Staff are always friendly. A star off for a crappy view but I know not everyone can have the best view. Didn't mind that there was no cleaning on a four night stay.
Excellent location. Walking distance to many of the main London attractions. About 2 minutes walk to either Charring Cross or Embankment tube stations. Loved the coffee machine in the lounge area downstairs. Stayed in studio room on mezzanine level overlooking the street which was a bit noisy. It's nice to overlook the street but a higher level would have been less noisy. Studio room very good size, good size kitchenette but only 2 of every item no extras! Clothes cupboard very dark inside needed to use torch to see inside drawers! Also could do with a couple of hooks near entry door to hang outdoor jackets etc. no room for them in cupboard. This is our third stay here. Will stay here again if back in London

Stayed here for three nights in mid-December. Overall it was decent accommodation, although could do with a refurb - at least in our room. Peeling paint, kitchen very tired and bathroom in desperate need of some attention. That said, comfortable and in a fantastic location!
Really nice hotel and the location is fantastic BUT the one thing I am disappointed about is the fact it's cost me just under £500 for 2 nights and there is no room service! there is no bar to relax & have a drink at! Not only that but after paying nearly £500 I was expected to pay a further £60 to park my car in there car park for just 2 nights? & to top it off I was told if we wanted breakfast in the morning it's an extra £20 per person every time we have breakfast lol I was expecting at least a complimentary for how much we paid The choice for breakfast is dismal no bacon and eggs or anything like that!
Location was great as was staff. The rooms were dark and poorly lit. Clean rooms but they only clean the rooms once a week. There were only two towels for the week and had to ask for more which wasn't easy.
In a great location and considering on a very busy road wasn't that noisy from the traffic as double glazing doors/windows over the existing ones. Room was on small side and as was above main entrance had the light outside on which made sleeping difficult but would visit again just different room.
Tiny poorly laid out rooms, wifi that doesn't work (had to create our own), windows that require standing on a chair to look out, plus layers of dirt on door frames, etc. Generally shoddy/shabby and tiny. Will not stay again.
There are two good things about this apart-hotel. The location and the coffee machines in the foyer. That's it. There's something like 139 rooms, and only four washing machines and TWO driers. And not the industrial type that dry your clothes quickly - no, they have the type you have at home that take an hour and a half. So what do you think happens when everyone has put on a load of washing, then wants to use a drier? And don't even get me started on the 'kitchen' which was the reason we booked this hotel (and which looks nothing like the kitchen they are using as an ad by the way) - we could have stayed cheaper at a neighbouring hotel and used the difference to buy breakfast every day. We had two pots, no frypan and the instructions for the microwave were non-existent. There was a book, which contained one page about the microwave, telling you which light was for what. It didn't tell you which knob to turn, or what button to push to get the microwave to function. As we did not have a kettle or a toaster, I thought I would try toasting bread in the microwave (it had a grill function) but without instructions it was hopeless. I asked the front desk staff, and they said that there weren't any. Now, every microwave I have ever bought comes with an instruction book, how hard would it have been to put photocopies in the unit? The walls were paper thin, and you could hear doors slamming non-stop, and even hear the people in the unit above you walking around and scraping their chairs back and forth. Don't bother with this one.
Playing music in the hotel is forbidden... That is how you are made to feel when a bellhop and a security officer knock in your door. You would think paying the nightly rate would allow you to use the television in the room to play music at a level that is acceptable... Perhaps they should knock on the door and call the phone of people that are complaining first.
