If you're thinking about volunteering, but are in the dark about what's involved - let us enlighten you! We're holding an open presentation on Friday, November 25th, where you can find out more about the roles available, training offered and commitment requirements, and (most importantly) ask any questions. The hour-long presentation and discussion session will take place at 7-8 Mercers Row, Northampton, and will start at 1.00pm. We are recruiting volunteer receptionists for our service in Northampton. Full training is given; the only pre-requisites are excellent communication skills, fluency (or near fluency) in English and confidence in using computers. The minimum commitment is just 1 morning a week and all our receptionists say that it's an interesting and fulfilling role.
