We have been informed that scammers are currently impersonating Citizens Advice staff. They are claiming that they can wipe up to 90% of people's debts. Please be aware that our staff would never cold call a client.

Many employers choose to process wages early in December. This is because of the high number of bank holidays in December and to ensure that staff are paid in time before Christmas.
This means that some people who are claiming Universal Credit will be paid twice in one assessment period. If you are paid twice during your assessment period you may not get a Universal Credit payment for this month.
