CitrusPX helps customers to buy a new-build home by purchasing their current property on a part-exchange basis. The customer receives 100% of the value of their property, as determined by two local estate agents and an independent RICS surveyor. We work closely with our housebuilder partners to ensure that customers can make a smooth move into their new home. Benefits to the customer: - they can move quickly without worrying about the lengthy process of selling their home- customers can remain in their home for up to 2 weeks following the purchase, allowing time to organise a move- we don't remarket the property until our customer has moved out- the customer avoids paying estate agent or marketing fees.
