Bad customer service,chicken was greasy no skin on chicken,chicken didn't look very nice

TERRIBLE!! Awful food awful service!! Delivered the wrong food. Promised to replace it free of charge next time, the only offered a £4 discount. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Food went in the bin it was so bad. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Absolutely awful. Greasy inedible food !! Poor service, dirty environment ! Avoid at all cost. Customer service non existent !!!

made an order online. waited an hour. called to see where it was. they said they never got the order. dont waste your time here

These guys are shady. Firstly they charged me £5.80, rather than £5.70 for a three piece chicken, chips and drink. However, this is not the end of their betrayal... once I opened the box, at home, it turns out I only received two pieces of chicken.

Don't bother. Go to KFC, Goodbodies or anywhere on Mutley, that won't rob you of your rightful chicken piece.

Food is great if you are after that type of thing. Awesome chicken shish. Best to go in there rather than order online.

Top notch in taste, authenticity and service. I am new to Plymouth and know my cuisine being Greek (very similar to Turkish/Eastern) and a food and lifestyle writer...
Charcoal Grill is extremely good. I have admittedly only had their shish- kebab wraps (chicken and lamb pieces in a pita bread wrap with some salad and burger sauce) and their fired chicken and they are CONSISTENT in their quality. Their chips are done as I want them-crispy and do not have a stale oil taste or reheated taste EVER (I cannot say the same for most eateries in the whole of the UK). And be sure to try their heavenly Gateaux or cheesecake. They are friendly and pleasant to deal with. Really appreciate their consistency and highly recommend them.

Worst experience. Ordered online 1 hour 30 later still not arrived had to phone for them to re deliver. Was told it would be 20 minutes after 50 minutes I still don't have my food.
