Very friendly and helpful staff, close to transport and facilities!
Sloth rating 5 out of 5 ...simply put if there is anything cleaner than this it doesn't exist....best staff ..best beds
Just back after a one night stay at this lovely hotel, our second visit. It is so conveniently situated with Earls Court tube a stones throw away.
Everything 5*
Considering the cost of our stay it really was excellent value for money.
Can't wait for our next visit.
Great staff, great rooms, clean rooms, great beds, great location. All in all it was a very nice place to stay!
Great location, literally a one minute walk from an underground station. The hotel was just off a main road so there were lots of places to eat. Hotel was very clean and new! The room was great. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend. - Stayed for five nights in July 2016.
Comfortable and quiet. Good continental breaky, close to Tube, short walk to many attractions.
Comfortable and clean, three minutes walk to Earls court underground station. Very affordable, and the three of us enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast could have had more choises, but it's ok. The quick an nice service made up for that. The staff was friendly and had a smile on their faces. We stayed four nights, two adults and a teenager, in a family room. 👍🏼
The service we got from reception staff was lovely. The room was clean and pleasant. Good location. The only thing I wasn't overly impressed with was the breakfast room. Really small and crowed with not much choice. Other than that it was good considering what we paid
Rooms clean tidy and big enough. Staff friendly and helpful. Location handy with plenty nearby. Only real let down is the breakfast, not a lot of choice and what there is is cheap. Better served eating elsewhere, plenty of choice nearby
Our room was small very compact but clean with modern bathroom. On our late arrival receptionist wasn't at all charming or helpful. This needs to be improved on with better speaking english and understanding. Good location near tube station.
Nicely presented and decorated, good service and good breakfast. A little bit overpriced in my view but that's London I guess.
Nice clean rooms. Breakfast poor and stressful due to lack of space. No glasses or cups for tea available. Reception staff although helpful need to smile more ! Don't think i would stay here again
Hotel its self was clean and ideally located ! Only 5 minutes max from Earl's Court station. Breakfast was pretty basic but ok as we didn't go to London for a full English breakfast. Staff got there job done but no extra smiles ect . If you don't like stairs this hotel is not for you as some room you can only get to by going up and down them due to the old buildings linked together. And don't expect a room with a view as why would you want to as there is so much to do out and about. I do recommend the old Camdon market off the Canal .
We got a room far far away. Room 310. There was a smell of broken pipes, the hole room was smelling so bad of sewer drain, and the fire alarm vent of seveal times without any eksplanation. The service in the recpetion was not existing. The breakfast was plain, but the breakfast room was so small. We are not coming back
The room was very small and the elevator breaks down every 5 minutes breakfast not good and no toilet paper in the room receptionist don't speaks good English no go zone for me
One hell of a sh*tstorm is gonna start if a manager doesn't get down here to help this useless women at reception!
Even 1 star is too many! Avoid at all costs!
Decent enough hotel in a good location. Tiny rooms, no disabled access. Twin room beds only have about 20cm between them. Don't bring much luggage if you stay here or you'll have no walking space in your room. Breakfast foods don't taste fresh. Customer service appalling. We complained about the City Tour buses this hotel promotes at the counter as they were meant to come to each stop every 10-15 minutes over summer. Waited over an hour and a half at one location and no bus. My mother who has restricted mobility was refused entry onto one bus. No information about sights on the bus, just music. We asked the hotel for our money back and gave them the next three days to respond and they didn't. I even wrote out an A4 page letter with my complaint and contact details. On checkout we demanded our tour money back and the receptionist refused and also refused to call a manager. Very poor service.
Absolutely dreadful. No sleep whatsoever due to a.c. machine. No addressing of complaint by any managers despite many emails as requested by operations manager on the day. I have referred this to the CEO of splendid hospitality group.
