CJM Yorkshire provide building construction and civil engineering services. Our primary function is as a Groundworks Sub-contractor undertaking bulk excavations, filling, drainage works, services, foundations, concreting, kerbing, flagging and block paving. We have successfully completed a large number of contracts for both local and national contractors throughout Yorkshire and the north of England. These groundworks packages have varied in size from under £10, 000 to packages in excess of £450, 000. Our management team have a wealth of experience in all aspects of civil engineering and building and it is always our aim to utilise that experience for the benefit of our customers. It is our desire, wherever possible, to form a long-term partnership bond between our clients and ourselves that extends to clarity and openness over the pricing of contracts and the realistic valuation of additional works. At CJM we work proactively to deliver a project to a highly satisfied client and design team with an absolute minimum of stress, a "right first time" approach and an "after sales" service. Our company has built up a valued team of directly employed skilled operatives.
