Carl great in contacting us before drop of on Thursday morning with times & I was worried how to maintain the hot tub, but this was all explained to me & they have a great guide sheet if you had any problems.
Fab disco light which was also able to have music Bluetoothed through it so very happy kids.
We didn't need to worry about the rain as it was all enclosed so it was constant fun, fun, fun .
We hired a hot tub for our daughters birthday and I must say we were not disappointed. Very easy quick booking system with regular emails confirming the booking. Smooth quick setup and takedown of the equipment with good clear instructions on what to do with chlorine and filters. Equipment was very clean and in very good working order. It was throughly enjoyed by all who used it, thank you for a great service!
We hired a hot tub for my children’s two parties last weekend and chose this local company based on their reasonable prices .
It was a breeze with regards to collection and delivery -no dramas,just left them to it!

We had the privalidge of taking care of minion dave for the diy day as entertainment for a joint birthday party for our two young daughters. Isabelle 3 Eva 5. The girls and the over 20 guest were bazzled by the oversize character. It's was a fantastic extra for a smashing day. Ck castles were in contact quickly and efficiently to the lead up to the event, and payment was swift and easy. I hired a hot tub as a surprise for my partner's 50th birthday weekend. Not only was it surprise for him but for everybody else - friends and family! Set up and collection were super efficient and I was given all the information that I needed. The tub, gazebo and added extras were of very good quality and to say it went down well is an understatement! It added a whole new dimension to what was already a great celebration. Thank you!!
Hired the interactive bouncy castle for my sons 5th birthday party, kept 30 kids entertained for the whole party and so many people commented that they had never seen a castle like it. The kids loved the different light games that could be played. Thank you
Hired the disco/slide combo castle for my son's 6th birthday party. All the children absolutely loved it and barely cane off in 2 hours. The delivery and pick up were both on time, very efficient and professionally done. Carl helped to set up the Bluetooth speakers (which are very loud at full volume).
Hired the disco dome for our wedding and it was amazing. They set it up in minutes, showed us how it all worked and were incredibly friendly all the while. We had a blast. Thoroughly recommended!
Hired for my daughter's 15th birthday party and highly recommended. A number of changes were made to my delivery time and although this did not inconvenience me, CK actually delivered a larger hot tub than the one I'd ordered to apologise. Hot tub was great, clear instructions re filter and chemicals, gazebo kept out howling wind and disco ball speaker was a nice touch. Thur-Mon hire meant we all got to have a soak. Excellent service. Hired a hot tub for the weekend. Great service from the team, the equipment was assembled quickly and the maintenance of the hot tub was explained and demonstrated. They arrived on time and were so lovely! I will definitely use them again! The whole family had a great time and it didn't matter about a bit of rain as the gazebo was waterproof and was weighted.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!! We booked a hot tub for my son's 16th birthday and all involved had a brilliant time! The set up was SO quick, with no hassle to us in the slightest and the same could be said for the take down. We had no problems all weekend. The instructions were easy to follow and simple to carry out. The Bluetooth speaker and light were a great addition.
I really can't recommend this company highly enough and am sure we will be booking again!

Brilliant, hired it for an 11th birthday party which went down a storm. The disco lights and Bluetooth connection to music really set the party atmosphere. but as we had it for the weekend the whole family got to enjoy it too, my 4 kids range from age 6-17 and they all loved it and my husband and I even got a bit of chill out time in there. Great fun for the kids and lovely and relaxing for the adults. Great value for money thoroughly recommend it.
Brilliant!!!! Hired santa mickey visit for a surprise for our 5 and 3 year old girls for Christmas and they loved it. They are still talking about it now! Their faces lit up when they answered the door and they loved dancing in our living room with mickey and santa. Thank you so much for helping us make a magical Christmas! Would highly recommend.
