We finally have our building sign. Michelle seems happy.

We all believe that we would like to go above and beyond for our customers every single time?
Last night at 8pm one of our customers rang us and said "Bit of a strange one Michelle, one of our vans has crashed and our driver has been taken to hospital, can you get someone to go and pick him up in Carlisle?" We obviously didn't hesitate and Kelvin drove to Carlisle, in spite of the treacherous conditions, to collect their employee and take him home.
This is obviously going ab...ove and beyond and shows that here at CK we really will go out of our way to keep our customers happy.
Their driver was ok, just very shook up and glad to be alive.

Congratulations to Ian Peers, who is the first ever winner of our Employee of the Month award. Despite having finished his workload one day, Ian choose not to go home early and instead went to aid Jon in completing his deliveries.
