Got seen in 10 mins very polite and helpful staff

Went for knee problem at the walk in centre they where very quick and considerit I was very pleased at the attention I got

In and out very quickly pleasant staff very clean for the job sorted very fast once again thank you

Staff here have been great, attention to detail was very good, managed to pick up on our daughters heart rate that kept randomly dropping, when referred to Colchester, they wasn't quite sure what to think of it, one week later my partner had an emergency C section after a more in-depth check by Colchester Hospital, for Clacton Hospital staff to pick up on this was great, our daughter is now 18 months old and happy and healthy. However recently been here again under the NHS 111 service i had an appointment at 2:15pm however didn't get seen till 3:05pm, whats the point in giving someone an appointment 4hours later from when they called and not getting seen until a further hour clearly have an issue sticking to appointments

My mum recently was admitted to priory ward back in August the staff where amazing friendly and very helpful couldn't thank them enough for taking care of my mum and helping her get well.

I liked the feel of the ward, just very concerned about the head mental health practitioner there saying that men do not have thyroids!

Made a general enquiry about blood tests and found the receptionist to be very helpful and pleasant. Went out of her way to find out further information which was useful and informative.
