Exercise snacking (as I heard it called on the radio the other day and I love рЯТХ) is exactly what IвАЩve been promoting to you guys on here рЯЩМрЯПїрЯЩМрЯПї
... рЯТ™рЯПїShort sharp bursts of exercise every day (plus obviously moving more throughout the dayрЯС£) is so much more effective than doing (for example) 2 x 45 min spin classes per week and then sitting on your bottom for the rest of the week
Nothing wrong with doing the spin classes ASWELL рЯСНрЯПїрЯЪівАНвЩВпЄП
As you know I рЯТЦ group exercise and highly recommend classes for the social aspect, accountability and obviously you get face to face instruction where we can see your technique and correct anything or modify.

рЯТ•try to move as much as possible through the day. Go for walks, hire bikes or go karts, swimming all these activities will all help burn the extra calories you might be consuming with food and drink

Buggy beat is great, it's nice being outdoors and being able to exercise with your little one. They are always in the shade and there is no issue if you need to pick them up as they are crying. Claire is without a doubt one of the best class instructors I have come across. Her classes are always fun, exercises are adapted depending on your level of fitness to make them more simple or harder for those who like a challenge and easy to follow. Claire is also brilliant at putting newbies at ease. She has built a lovely friendly community within 4 U Fitness. If you haven't booked in for a class already, you really need to, as you won't be disappointed!
