When most people seek the support of a counsellor or therapist, they're often looking to 'fix' a problem. Something might just not feel quite 'right' or you may be consciously aware of what your issue is. You may have tried several ways to work through this already.

Therapy can provide an opportunity for a healthy, positive change which can help you move towards a richer, more fulfilled life.

I believe the key element in successful therapy is the relationship between therapist and client. I will support you in identifying what it is you would like to work through in therapy, and work with you to get to the place you would like to be.

I offer both short and long-term therapy for adults, couples and young people and I am committed to providing a confidential, secure and caring environment to explore and work through your difficulties.

I have 14 years experience of working in a helping capacity, and have been working as a therapist since 2010 using Integrative Therapy.

Integrative Psychotherapy is a form of therapy that combines various psychological theories.
I have undertaken several forms of counselling and psychotherapy training, and have found a way to blend them together to produce good results for my clients.
Integrative Psychotherapy is a holistic approach, which takes into account your mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing.

I am currently studying on a 4 year training course at the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy towards a Diploma in Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy.
