Last time I went here, the service was very good. I got my piercing and was served by Indian girl I think. Then I decided to come back. But 2 British girls are awful!

Terrible customer service
Went to back to store within 5 minutes my niece bought some earrings she wanted to exchange it for different ones. No return policy back of receipt lady at the counter said.
Bloody rip offs you should mention to customers while they are buying it at the counter.... 0 star....

Absolutely awful service. I went to Claire's during a weekday to pierce my daughter's ears and was met by a moody sales assistant. She said it was closing time and that it would not have been possible to pierce them then. (There was 40 mins before closing time and the shop was practically empty). Despite this I went home and made an appointment to come another time so that I wouldn't have a wasted trip. On the date of the appointment I arrived and there was another client being seen to even though I had made an appointment, I was told to wait for 15 mins. I was heavily pregnant in the middle of summer and there was no consideration given whatsoever as paying customer's. Never again. RUDE STAFF AND WORSE SERVICE.
