My girlfriend had her 2nd lobe piercing there one of the ears has been pierced wonky so the ear won't heal it's been 5 days and it had to be removed which is when we found out the entrance and exit holes aren't in line and the earring used isn't long enough for a messed up piercing so the front started to imbed! I'm not impressed and nor is she! I wouldn't reccommend them for piercings!

awful service, made an appointment for my little girl to have her ears pierced, went there 10 min before appointment time only to be told, come back after an hour and half as we cant do it now. when asked why wasn't i called or sent a text before so i didn't have to come when raining with a 5yr old and a baby in the pushchair, she just shrugged and said the law doesn't allow me to do so many piercings in a short amount of time.
appalling customer service

Awful experience in Claire's Gloucester. Witnessed one sales assistant not helping another to serve a queue of customers. We left the shop never to return.
