There was advertised on the window of you buy 3 items you get 2 for free,i chosed 3 pair of earrings,went to the till,the person behind the till explained me that I need to buy 5 products in total to get the sale...the advert is not clear enough,when i Heard that I need to buy 5 items I said I will have to leave it.she looked at me in disgrace....

Manager has a big problem, customer service disgusting. Treated my daughter like a thief even though I was buying her things for her prom. There is no signs in the window stating that if anything should break that you have to pay for it. But forced my daughter to do so, lucky for her she has money other wise what would the manager do then? This should be a complaint. Absolutely disgusted.

Swindon Brunel centre....The horrid rude red head that works in this shop needs to learn some manners. First of all she smelt which was disgusting there is no excuse to smell that bad and second of all her customer service was awfull. On the upside the young man who worked there was lovely and very polite.
