😊 I now own every single range of x-pole! And I have more poles in the cupboard, at home and in the studio next door. I don’t even know how many I have anymore 😂! The poles are mostly 45mm x-perts and in Chrome, brass, Stainless Steel, titanium, Powder Coated, silicone and 1 40mm x-pole sport. I also have 50mm poles which I am gradually phasing out. Variety is the spice of life! There is a grip for everyone! Which one do you prefer?

💜 Sophia & I at the Eynsford Lavender fields today. I know this post isn’t pole fitness related but I do hope it gives someone in need the belief that they too can give up drinking alcohol.
This little girl changed my life for the better just coming into my world. She makes me proud of her every day. Yesterday I reached 1 year and 6 months sober. I may be fatter now but I am 100% mentally better for ditching the booze and my life is so much more positive and happy! I don’t m...iss it at all anymore. I am living life to its fullest and don’t ever wake up with retreats or worries about what I said or done the night before. I get so much more out of my life. Everything I do take on and I give 110%.
Sober life at the start isn’t easy but once you reach your 1st year it’s definitely easier! If you want to chat to me about giving up drinking just say. I will help you as much as I can. You will thank yourself in the long run!

🙈 If you missed out on paying last week that means you missed out on the £65 special offer. There were plenty of reminders. (Excludes the Beginners courses).
⚡️ All courses after the current courses will now be paid IN FULL ON WEEK 1. So get saving for your next level as from now ladies. Courses will not be refunded if you cannot make them! You sign up for THE WHOLE COURSE! However I will offer you 1 class transfer as a GOODWILL GESTURE ONLY and this is only if the class has... space and there is a suitable level for you to join.
✈️ Half courses are NO LONGER on offer. Simply because no one ever booked their private lesson to catch up with the course. So you will still pay FULL PRICE and you can make it up with class transfers so you still get your money’s worth. You MUST pre organise this with me at the start of your course. If you can’t make any transfers then book private lessons so you keep up with the level in the meantime.
🤷🏼‍♀️ Unfortunately people have bent the rules so much recently that I am left with no other option then to crack down. After 11 years of being a soft touch it’s time to be strict.
🙁 Sorry to those of you who have always been so good with payments.
🙈 Also loyalty cards... if you loose them you loose your stamps. It says it on the card. So keep them safe in the back of your phone! We do NOT backdate missed stamps either.
