Morning folks, Going to be a bit late opening today (not that I’m expecting anyone to be going out for a nice walk in this 😆). Small mopping up job to do then normal service should resume about 12 ish 😊

It’s a brave person that steals a Cave Rescue Organisation charity box off the bar when I’ve got 60 cavers in! Scum of the earth 😡

Having got my grubby paws on a copy last night, a quick glance showed me this is a real classic book on Dales Caving. It is well written, illustrated with loads of great photos and diagrams, and produced to an exceptionally high quality.
The authors John Cordingley and Dave Haigh are to be congratulated on producing such a splendid book. And much credi...t to Chris Howes and Judith Calford at Wild Places for all their efforts in making sure the final product is worthy of its contents.

Fantastic night last night. Late licence for the Bradford Pothole Club charity auction. A spectacular performance by the auctioneers Sharon and Robbo. £900 raised for the school in Nepal. Well done everyone 😊... In other news, I appear to have bought a world of shite 😆
