The Power of Pilates!!!

New 4 week Pilates beginners‘ course with Clara @ The Pilates House Tring to learn all the fundamentals of Body Control Pilates. This course will start on Thursday June 28th at 11.30, including July 5th, 12th and 19th. All mats and equipment are provide and the cost is £40.
