I provide long and short term therapy for individuals in Bristol and surrounding areas. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy and I abide by their code of ethics.

Counselling can improve your relationship self and others, helping you to better understand the behaviours & thought processes which may be unconsciously blocking you from moving forward in life.

My role is to help you uncover these unconscious processes which may be causing you distress. This can be an enlightening, powerful and liberating experience.
