I've had my first Crystal therapy session with Clare and WOW! The words can't describe how absolutely blissful, deeply relaxing yet at the same time powerful experience this was! I recently had my first Access Bar Therapy with Clare, I wasn't sure what to expect being a lover of Reiki. But WOW!

Initially I felt very relaxed - like in had been hypnosised relaxed and at one with myself.

Over the following weeks I have found that I have a much greater clarity of mind and inner calmness.

I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone whether you are looking for general personal maintenence or if you want to work on something specific!

I have been going to Clare for a few years and love every visit. When I feel I need some time to myself to give myself a boost, I book. I think I must have had most of the treatments by now and love every one, massage, Reiki, access bar. Clare is a good listener as well as a fantastic practitioner. When my cup is empty, I cannot help others, Clare looks after me and fills my cup back up.x

I have a full on and long hour stressful job and just lived with the aches and pains, Clare was recommended to me and it has been fantastic. A regular treatment has made a real difference.
