Oliver Johnson and his team provided a most proficient and friendly service in respect of our recent sale of my mother's bungalow. I would certainly use their services again.

while a great real estate agency, there should be pointed out that some practices of their contractors are very fraudulent and they wouldn't be successful without Clarke & Simpson's support. Although I informed them of this they didn't even reply and as such can not give them a positive review. Dealing with their contractors requires caution.
