Wasn't told about refund policy I was so annoyed. I bought a pair of school shoes for my daughter and fell apart in 6 weeks. I paid £45.00 for them only to be told that I was only be able to get a refund of £15.00 and I would have to pay the extra charge. I will never ever ever shop there ever again. I'm a single working mother. I can't afford to be throwing my money away like this. The manager was rude.

Young sales guy was great with kids for first shoes. However no shoes in the right size in this shop or nearby.
