Bought three pairs of shoes here. Very helpful staff.

Good measuring service for kids. Strange decision to put kids section upstairs tho makes things unnecessarily harder if u have buggy though. Sale currently on too.

Frustrating that the kids section is upstairs but they at least have a lift which is good. The staff were friendly enough but I did expect more assistance when buying shoes for my child.

Great for school shoes: expensive but good quality, well trained staff take time to fit shoes properly

Few weeks ago visited to buy shoes for my toddler, it was super cold on the second floor and the conditioner was literally blowing a cold air like a hurricane!!! It is a kids section it should not be like that! I asked customer assistant to switch it off or at least to turn it down a bit and all she said was " yes, I know it is cold but I don't know how to turn it down, sorry".

Usually busy, high tech feet measuring now using iPads :) staff nice and helpful, usual upsell on shoe products but that's expected.

Lots of good stock but under staffed for number of people in store
