Very bad customer service

Shoes are fine just customer service needs attention lots of staff obviously involved in measuring feet for back to school i told them i wasn't having feet measured and the young lady told me to get a ticket to wait in line i waited ten minutes for the manager to appear from the back who did get me the shoes and served me. This was a quiet early morning time avoid "busy" times the staff just aren't geared up for providing an efficient service even in the kids section they seemed to be reluctant to get things done
