Awful shop. Staff are often standing in a group together talking oblivious of customers needing help. Very unprofessional.

In and out in 15 minutes. Well done

Clarks Bromley.Just been in for school shoes, girl hardly spoke to me. Shoes did not fit, did not offer to order other size in or try different store. She walked off while serving me. Not even busy in there. Not impressed.

Well made shoes for kids but i do feel the tech used to measure the shoe size is a bit too much.

6 years in a row with virtually no shoes for children with wider feet and no real commitment from the manager to do anything about it.

The Manager was pompous and obnoxious!!!

I bought my wife a rather expensive pair of knee high boots in November 2106. She had worn them 3 separate times and then today she noticed that the stitching was coming apart at the front of the boot. I took them back to this Bromley store today with the intention to return them and request a refund or replacement.

Going upon Clarks impeccable record I didn't see that there would be any issue.

When I presented the boots in their original box with the receipt before the manager "Jeff" the conversation got rather heated very quickly. I pointed out that these shoes were only 4 months old, he became very smarmy and smug. Then told me he was only going to offer me "as a goodwill gesture" of half the value the boots in the form of a voucher. I pointed out that I wished to have a full refund because I didn't wish to shop there anymore so a voucher would be useless to me. He refused point blank to refund me my moneys, so I left.

I felt the manager "Jeff" was insulting my intelligence as the boots were clearly faulty and at only 4 months old were not fit for purpose. I will say this that Clarks have always been my first choice and when buying shoes. I have two very young children and I replace their shoes every couple of months.

I will not put up with this sort of flippant, smarmy and slap dash attitude. Therefore I will not be shopping there again or at any Clarks. We have many, many friends through school and our large congregation at our church whom have children and normanly shop in Bromley Clarks. We will be advising them of this managers extremely bad attitude and manners.
