There is no lift, so not great when you have several kids and bags, but they let you leave your buggy downstairs. When you eventually get upstairs they are quite helpful.

For children's shoe fitting this place is worth its weight in gold. The staff are always helpful, very good at dealing with children and sensitive to needs.

Great staff who no what they are talking about.
One downer is the children's section is upstairs with no lift, so you have to leave the buggies downstairs.
