Excellent customer service given by Janice. She went extra mile. She was very helpful and she is very professional. I really like Clarks, the shoes last for long and they have very nice designs!

Good Clarks store with friendly and helpful staff and the usual high priced shoes......HOWEVER, I wouldn't shop anywhere else for formal/business shoes as they are comfortable all day, look good and they last.

To be honest, they always seem to have reasonable designs but I wear through them in record time... So value for money isn't great in my case.

Staff were not interested in helping or wanting a sale although I tried to buy shoes for my son so went elsewhere
