Very helpful staff, especially Shona, had exactly what I was looking for.

Never very busy, so staff can be quite intrusive when you are just having a browse. As not many shoes are on display you have to view the shoes on an iPad which is not the same as seeing them in real life or picking them up, almost like online shopping. The shoes however, are good shoes.

Completely ignored by a memberof staff, but when eventually I found someone who wanted to take my money the experience was fine.

Excellent customer service very efficient and quick at helping us purchase school shoes for my daughter yesterday a lovely young lad with blonde hair and very polite served us .

Good offer on when I went. Picked up a pair of shoes for £20. Staff were very helpful.

Friendly staff considering there was a sale on. Not much stock in the way that was on sale though in the low sizes :(
