Great value store just not all the ranges

Good range of shoes and very good prices.

Can get busy especially pre new school term but always friendly, well trained staff and good prices

Reasonable selection, reasonable prices, not as good as it used to be.

Generally good service depending on the time of day you visit

Good value shoes, not a huge amount of choice, but often half the cost of regular Clark's shoes.

Only place where I seem to be able to get shoes that fit! Good value and sale time even better.

Bit tight to get around with a pram or wheelchair but far cheaper than their normal stores.

Really friendly customer service and although they didn't have shoes in my stupid wide size they recommended the store that would have my size... along with the Gregg Christmas muffin from across the street!

Am writing to thank the staff of the clarks factory shop on front street in Arnold, Nottingham, took my elderly disabled mother to find some shoes and the staff were so helpful, were very patient and took time trying numerous styles to make sure she was comfortable, even offered her a cup of coffee !!!! Will definitely be back.
