Worst service ever, the arrogance of staff was shocking not only she couldn't admit her own mistake she tried to frame her co-worker. Be careful shoppers alway check your newly purchased shoes coz you might end up with two different sizes even after you handed in a correct pair to their hand! Have a good think whether it is not better to shop on-line instead!!!

It's an wheelchair accessible place with about 4 to 5 aisles of various foot wear (mostly for ladies; one aisle for the gentlemen 1/2 an aisle for kids). It's not a big place about 60 ft by 120 ft. Shoe sizes from 3 to 9 for ladies 6 to 11 for gentlemen. Shoe styles are mostly day to day. They currently have an offer of buying one pair of shoes & get the and pair for a fiver..but only on selected footwear. The place can be clean and tidy most of the time but by mid to late afternoon there are areas of discarded footwear especially on Saturdays. The staff are helpful but there are few of them so be warned could be waiting a few minutes to be served. On the whole an ok shoe shop which always appear to have offers when I'm there (I only go about twice a year) and I always buy a pair of shoes when I'm there.

You could find something at your size if you are lucky but much cheaper than the high street stores.

Good selection of reasonably priced goods -shoes and accessories + travel bags and cases, not expensive but OK for a couple of years travelling on a budget.

The store is not big but it doesn't look great. It seems dirty and there is chaos... The staff are all new, they don't know the promotion or the prices... Very disappointing

It is small but if you ate a regular visitor, you are likely to get lucky. The staff here is really not well informed. They don't possess tge usual warm and friendly outlook (leaving out a few who are extremely helpful and professional) The arrangement of tge shoes and their place has been done in a better way recently. It lacks tge finesse of other Clarks stores. This one is a bit dingy

This place is the outlet factory for Clark's in London. It used to be a cheaper branch but not worth anymore.

Such good bargains on high quality footwear

Great discounted Clarks shoes, just unfortunate that they're a bit limited in certain ladies sizes, including my own. But all in all good value for money.
