Great store always friendly staff and great valued shoes

Reasonably priced footwear for a clarks shop , staff are really friendly

Good range of Clarks shoes at discounted prices. Use the store for most of my shoe purchases.

A decent Clark's with cheaper shoes and a quite varied selection. Not many thin shoes but the rest seem fine. Fairly small shop however and staff seem bored.

100's of kids shoes but only about half a dozen different styles. No options just lots of sizes

Usually get our boys shoes here all the time. Will not be coming here again. Staff couldn't be bothered. Wouldn't write our boys sizes down so had to do it myself. The selection was especially poor. Found some school shoes but not the correct size. Finally found a member of staff who acted very put out, came back eventually and it didn't seem to fit. Tried to find a member of staff to check it and there was only one on the till and one rushing around in the kids section. So left them and walked out. I know it's cheaper than the usual Clark's but does that mean the service has to be second rate?
