In the corporate arena, we undertake management consultancy providing crisis management, turnaround and profit improvement services. We can also provide interim executive FD and accounting assistance. We prepare trading and cashflow forecasts, and undertake operational and financial reviews for directors, shareholders, bankers, lenders and other financial stakeholders.
