Absolute shambles. Offer delivery but don't tell you how much so when you don't have enough money they just take it back. Cheers pal.

Regarding your reply. YOU didn't give me that option. YOU told the young lady to bring it back. YOU didn't tell me how much it was in the first place. It isn't the up to the girl on reception to pay for it. I went to the cash point to get money based on the price in YOUR menu. Don't blame the customer for YOUR lack of communication and people skills. I would also advise you to learn how to spell before replying to honest feedback.
