This Friday’s Teachers’ Meeting: Preparing for Snake and Twist. This meeting will also be available as a Zoom meeting for those of you who are unable to attend.

The best Pilates teacher training in the UK for sure. Meeting Kirk and undertaking his training was the best thing that could have happened to me! He has transformed my teaching, understanding and doing of Pilates. Highly recommend.

I have studied with Kirk for a few years, first in class for a year and was then took equipment quartets, I worked to get into his teacher training program, which I am still undertaking, he is the most supportive, clear, amazing and fantastic mentor you could wish for. I would love to live my training weekends all over, just loved these, so informative(and as a bonus now also have the best Pilates Teacher Friends, to talk Pilates with) . I can highly recommend the classical Pilates Centre and would even say there is only one training course to take in the Uk and that is with Kirk at the classical Pilates Centre. Just do it 😍
