Classroom Kitchen has adapted to the online world with CK Online. CK Online provides primary schools with a teacher resource /VLE to deliver outstanding Cooking and Nutrition lessons. Follow our specialist curriculum to teach exciting and healthy cookery classes as well as teach children the importance of eating well and living a healthy lifestyle. CK Online grants it's subscribers access to video-led lessons, teacher plans, recipes, follow up activities and Nutrition Presentations. It also has a teacher resources section full of training videos, tips and curriculum maps! Having been created by a primary teacher, the Classroom Kitchen service is built as the solution to common primary school issues /barriers when teaching Cooking and Nutrition. There are 3 main barries that Primary Schools have to overcome to deliver a quality Cooking and Nutrition Curriculum. They are: 1) Staff confidence /subject knowledge2) Time within the curriculum amongst other responsibilities3) Lack of equipmentWe have solved all of those issues: 1) CK Online provides the training as well as leads the lesson. 2) Our curriculum has been built for one lesson, per year group, per half term which limits the demand for the subject. We even have an ingredient delivery service which means the correct ingredients are sourced an delivered each week, taking away staff responsibility. 3) We have an equipment shop with great bundle deals. Our original service came into schools to deliver the sessions. Our bundles have been built with our first-hand experiences and knowledge so you get exactly what you need!
